CHELSI

Hi my name, is Chelsi Evans. I was an athlete my whole life, playing several different sports growing up. I was lucky enough to continue my love for sports and played basketball in college. I am a wife and a mom of three that keep me very busy. The difference between me and the average trainer is that I have been overweight and out of shape! I understand the hardships and rollercoaster ride that weight loss is. After having my kids, I found myself overweight at 236lbs. I remember looking at a picture and wondering how did I let myself go. That’s when I decided to make a change and live a healthier lifestyle again. It’s been 4 years and I’ve lost 100lbs!! Through my weight loss journey, I found a passion to help others find their own health and fitness journeys. I specialize in weight loss, HIIT, nutrition and youth strength & conditioning(basketball). I believe working out should be exciting, fun and I will help you design a program that you can’t live without.
